Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unopened packaging, with all tags attached
- Be unused and unworn, in the same condition as received
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
All No Pain Pillow products include a tamper-evident seal. If this seal is opened, broken, or removed, the product is not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
Medical Device Regulations (DME Compliance)
Our pillows are classified as Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and are subject to strict health and hygiene regulations. Once a DME product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or resold due to contamination risks. This policy is in place to protect the safety and hygiene of all customers.

Note: Returns or refunds will not be processed without prior approval.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:
- Opened or used pillows (due to DME and hygiene regulations)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
